* Extra persons: The villa can facilitate up to 1 x extra child on a mattress & 1 x extra infant in a cot per booking 

• 1 x extra child (age 3 - 12 yrs) - AUD 35 per night

• 1 x baby cot FREE OF CHARGE per booking

Booking TERMS and conditions: 

• Minimum stay: 2 nights

• Check-in 2:00 pm (earlier check-in time may be available upon request)

• Check-out 11:00 am (later check-out time may be available upon request)

• Villa Kasih booking system is managed by THE LEMBONGAN TRAVELLER

• These terms and conditions apply to all bookings.

Payment Policy AT A GLANCE:

• Payments can be made with credit card through the booking engine at the time of booking. Alternatively payments can be made via bank transfer.

• Credit card surcharges apply

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This is non-refundable payment.

• The remaining balance payment will be due within 60 days of the check-in date.

• Bookings made within 60 days of check-in will require 100% payment at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Failure to pay within 5 days will result in the booking being released.

• Guests are liable for any damage or loss to the property. This will be checked once guests check-out. Should damage or loss to the property occur guests will be contacted and will be charged accordingly.

All content on this web site (including information about  island activities, tours, Spa Service and Menu as well as accommodation & facilities) is published in good faith but you acknowledge that Villa Kasih has the right to change information and facilities as deemed necessary.

If you suffer from any pre-existing medical condition or allergies please ensure you travel with the appropriate level of medicine and amenities.

Always ensure you have FULL travel insurance to cover you and your family in the event of an unexpected accident or emergency. CANCELLATION POLICY:

All bookings are non-refundable.

Villa Kasih shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations, which results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance, which is beyond our reasonable control.

Please note the following points about Villa Kasih Rentals.

• Any damages resulted by guests to the property will be charged accordingly.

• You and your party will be informed regarding any rules and regulations set by Villa Kasih.

• The total number of people (including infants and children) using the accommodation must not exceed the maximum occupancy shown on our website (www.villakasih.com), otherwise, you may be refused access to our villa and/or charged an additional amount.
